When you create an expense, you must first fill in the client field before adding items. Once you have a client, you will see an “Add item” button which will bring you to a page where you can input your item details, such as unit price, quantity and VAT rate.

The app remembers your items, so if you type the first few letters of an item, you will see a list of past items appears, and prices and VAT rates will be filled in accordingly.
