Picture this: it's mid November and you've just discovered Accountable. Of course you will now want to upload every single document of the year, so you can have a complete overview of your taxes, social contributions and VAT-returns. However, uploading them all manually would take you hours and hours.
Well, do not worry, because our newly launched Dropzone has got you covered! This tool allows you to upload all your documents from your computer by simply dragging and dropping them. This is what it looks like:
The way it works is very simple: you just drag and drop the documents you want to upload into the right category. Receipts and purchase invoices go into the 'Expenses' field and sales invoices belong in the 'Invoices' field.
Once you've uploaded all your desired documents, you can open your app, where they will be waiting for you in the right screens. The only thing left to do is to check whether the recognition software recognised everything correctly, edit if necessary and validate the document.
