Changing the address linked to your professional account is possible, but requires a process through our banking partner Swan.
To request an address change, simply send us an email with the following details:
Request your address change
Address details: provide both your old and new address.
Proof of registration: provide a proof of registration document for your business with the new address, such an extract from the KBO (in Belgium) or a letter from the Finanzamt (in Germany), or another official registration document.
Make sure that the new address is in your company’s account country, which is in Europe.
As soon as we have the information, we will request the address change and send you a confirmation when it is done.
