You can easily block your card by going to your Accountable Banking settings (settings > bank settings > Main account > Card settings) and clicking on the button ‘Block your card’ . After confirming the action through 2FA, your card will be blocked.

If you have a digital card, you can only block it permanently, but physical cards can also be blocked temporarily.

⚠️ For Belgian users: unfortunately it’s not possible to cancel your card using Cardstop. If for any reason you aren’t able to block your card through the app, please reach out to our Tax Coaches, so we can assist you further.
