Overview
You can order a physical debit card for your Accountable Banking account directly from your banking settings.
MAX plan users: The physical card is free of charge.
All other plans: The physical card costs €7.50.
‼️Before ordering a physical card, you first need to create a virtual card for your business account.
Your physical card will be delivered to your registered address within maximum 10 business days.
Ordering your card in the web app
Follow these steps to order your physical card in the Accountable web app:
Open Settings.
Go to Bank settings.
Select Card settings under your Accountable main account.
If you haven’t created one yet, first order your virtual card.
Once the virtual card is active, click Order physical card.
Confirm your delivery address.
Your card will then be produced and shipped to you.
Ordering your card in the mobile app
You can also order your card directly from the Accountable mobile app:
Open the Accountable app.
Tap Settings.
Navigate to bank settings.
Select your main account
Select card
Create a virtual card if you don’t have one yet.
Tap "Order physical card" and confirm your address.
Your card will then be produced and shipped to you.
Using your virtual card
Your virtual card is available immediately and can be used for:
Online payments
Apple Pay
Google Wallet
This allows you to start paying right away while waiting for your physical card to arrive.
