Once you have received your physical card by post, you will need to activate it in your Accountable app.

To do this, simply go to Settings > Bank settings > Accountable Main account > Card settings.

After clicking on your virtual card, you will see a button to activate your physical card.

To activate your physical card, you will need to type in your unique identifier, which you can find on the back of your physical card.
