Accountable offers two options for sending e-invoices. One is XRechnung and the other is PEPPOL.
How to send XRechnungen
To send XRechnungen, you can write your invoices as usual in Accountable. If you have not yet written an invoice with Accountable, take a look at this guide.
Once you have written your invoice, you have 2 options to continue:
Option 1: Save + download XRechnung
1) Click on “Continue” in the top right corner
2) Select “Save & download XRechnung”
You have now successfully downloaded your XRechnung and can send it.
Option 2: Send XRechnung directly from Accountable
1) Click on “Continue” in the top right corner
2) Select “Save & send"
The following window will now open:
3) Enter the recipient (and adjust the text if necessary)
4) The XRechnung is automatically added. Now you just have to click on “Send invoice”
Sending e-invoices via PEPPOL
