Have you accidentally deleted a transaction from your Accountable Banking overview? No problem: you can easily restore it yourself!
Here we show you step by step how to do it:
How to restore deleted transactions:
Open the Accountable app or web version and go to the "Bank" tab.
Select your business account, usually called "Main Account".
Tap the filter icon in the top right corner.
Activate the filter "Removed".
Confirm by tapping "Yes".
Select the transaction you want to restore.
Tap "Restore" – and it will be back in the system!
What happens when I restore a transaction?
The transaction will be displayed normally in your overview and will be taken into account again for tax calculations, sales reports, etc.
