This allows you to create up to 10 additional sub-accounts – perfect for organizing your finances even more clearly.

What exactly are Spaces?

Spaces are virtual sub-accounts within your existing business account at Accountable. You can use them to:

  • Separate business and personal savings

  • Manage different projects or sources of income

  • Save for specific expenses (e.g., equipment, travel expenses, etc.)

Features at a glance:

  • Up to 10 separate spaces

  • Each space has its own virtual IBAN

  • Works much like a tax reserve account

  • Flexibly transfer money between your main account and spaces

  • Set individual payment terms for each space

  • No additional fees

How do I create a new Space?

1. Simply go to your business account in the “Bank” tab.

2. Tap the plus sign at the top to create a new Space.

3. Select Space from the list.

4. Give your Space a name, e.g., “Insurance,” and choose a suitable icon.

5. Set a savings goal. This is optional, but it will help you stay on track.

6. Make your first transfer to the new Space. This is also optional, but it can be your first reserve.

7. Done! Your new Space is active and ready for your financial goals 🚀

Important: Spaces are currently only available to MAX users!**
