Certain sensitive operations or actions that impact your Accountable Banking account require your consent to proceed. We use Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), a form of multi-factor authentication, to make sure these actions are secure, by sending you a confirmation code via SMS.
In case you lost your phone or would like to change your phone number for any other reason, please contact the Accountable with the following details:

Phone number details: provide both your old and new phone numbers.
Photo: attach a photo of yourself holding your identification document near your face for verification purposes. Make sure that the information on your document is clearly visible.
We will then put you in contact with our banking partner Swan to initiate the change, which should be done within 1 or 2 business days.
