Check your Peppol status
If you’re registered with Peppol via Accountable, you can view your current setup in just a few clicks:
Open the Accountable app
Go to Settings
Select Peppol
There, you’ll see whether your Peppol connection is active and managed by Accountable.
How to disconnect Peppol
To disconnect your Peppol setup:
Open the Accountable app
Go to Settings → Peppol
Click the 🗑️ dustbin icon next to your Peppol setup
Confirm when prompted
Once confirmed, your Peppol account will be disconnected from Accountable.
What happens when you unsubscribe?
Once you unsubscribe from Peppol:
Your Peppol account will be disconnected from Accountable
You’ll no longer be able to send or receive invoices via Peppol through Accountable
Your existing data and invoices in Accountable remain unchanged
There’s nothing else you need to do — we take care of the disconnection for you.
Want to use Peppol again later?
No problem. If you decide to use Peppol again in the future, you can:
Re-register through Accountable, or
Choose another Peppol provider that suits your needs
You’re always free to decide what works best for your business.
