Unblock your physical card after three incorrect PIN attempts 🔒

If you enter the wrong PIN three times at an ATM or payment terminal, your physical card will be blocked for security reasons. Don’t worry! You can unblock it yourself after 24 hours.

Step 1: Log in to the Swan banking portal

To unblock your card, you’ll need to access the Swan banking interface.

  1. Open the Swan banking portal:
    https://partner.banking.swan.io/login

  2. Log in using your phone number and verification code.

Step 2: Unblock your card

  1. Go to Cards.

  2. Select physical card.

  3. Click Unlbock below the card image.

Your card will now be unblocked.

Step 3: Confirm identity and view PIN

  1. Confirm the request using the verification message sent to your phone.

  2. After your card is unblocked, click View PIN. Remember the number you see.

Step 4: Reactivate your card at an ATM

To complete the process:

  1. Insert your card into any ATM.

  2. Enter your correct PIN.

You don’t need to withdraw money — entering the PIN is enough to reactivate your card.

Good to know 💡

• This action cannot be done in the Accountable app.
• You must use the Swan banking portal.
• Your virtual card can still be used for online payments while the physical card is blocked.
