⚠️ Important:
Only physical cards have a PIN code.
Virtual cards do not have a PIN code.
Card details and PIN cannot be viewed directly in the Accountable app; identification via the Swan portal is required.
Viewing your virtual card details
Open the Accountable app and go to the Bankpage.
Tap the cards icon in the top-right corner.
You will see your virtual card listed.
Tap Card details.
You will be redirected to Swan to complete identification.
Once identified, you can view your virtual card details:
Card number
Expiration date
CVC code
Note: Virtual cards do not have a PIN.
Viewing your physical card details and PIN
In the bank page of Accountable, tap the cards icon.
Scroll down to the Physical card section.
Click on Card details or View PIN
You will be redirected to Swan to complete identification.
After completing identification, you can view:
Card number
Expiration date
CVC code
PIN code
Note: Only the physical card includes a PIN.
Security reminder
Always ensure you are in a private and secure environment when viewing card details or your PIN.
Never share your PIN with anyone.
