Tap to Pay fees aren't charged at the moment of the payment. The payment itself is settled 1 business day after the capture, and the fee is only applied once that settlement is complete — that's also when it becomes visible in the app.
Where do I find the Tap to Pay fees?
The fee appears as a line in your bank transactions.
It's automatically turned into an expense, so you don't have to record anything yourself.
You'll find it in your expenses under the name Swan (Tap to Pay).
ℹ️ If you take several payments on the same day, that day's fees are grouped into a single expense. That one expense is then linked to all the Tap to Pay fees from that day. |
