How to delete your account
Would you like to delete your account and personal data? You can do this easily via the app settings. Below we explain the steps and what to keep in mind.
Step 1: Go to your settings
Open the app and navigate to Settings > Personal details & scroll down.
Step 2: Select “Delete account”
In the settings, choose “Delete account” to start the deletion process.
Step 3: Email confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email.
Once confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted.
🔴 Important note
Before your account is permanently deleted, make sure to export all your data in advance.
👉 Save all necessary files on your own computer.
In accordance with GDPR regulations, we are required to fully delete all your data from our servers once the account is removed. After that, we won’t be able to recover any documents.
