If you want to change the name associated with your account, please contact our support team and provide both your old name and your new name.
The name change will be forwarded to our banking partner Swan for review and processing.
The update process may take a few business days.
‼️What information is required?
Please send the following details to support:
Your old account name
Your new account name
If you are changing your company name
If your company name has changed, please also provide:
Your business registration update (e.g. trade registration amendment)
If only the legal name is changed
If only the legal name is being added (for example, spelling correction without business structure change), the business registration update is not required.
How does the change process work?
Your name change request will be forwarded to our banking partner for verification.
Processing and approval may take a few days.
You will be notified once the change is completed.
