When you signed up for your Accountable Banking account, you chose a 6-digit passcode. If you've forgotten it, you can reset it directly from your mobile device.
The process involves choosing a new passcode and verifying your identity. Depending on your identification status, you'll be asked to use one of the following methods:
Path A β Face match (or face + ID document): if you previously verified your identity using your mobile device.
Path B β Unique key verification: if you haven't yet verified your identity for your payment account.
If you're having trouble verifying your identity, or have entered your passcode incorrectly three times, please contact our support team.
