Did you just create your virtual Accountable card? 🎉 To help you get the most out of it right from the start, we’ve put together a little rewards program for you: Complete a few simple tasks with your new card and earn a reward.
What are the rewards? 🎁
For each of the following three tasks that you complete within 7 days of creating your virtual card, you’ll receive a reward:
📱 Add your card to Apple Pay / Google Pay
💳 Make your first card transaction within 48 hours
🔁 Make three card transactions within 7 days
What you receive per task depends on your subscription status:
Free users and users in the trial period: 10 days per completed task, which are credited upon signing up for a tax subscription. A total of up to 30 days can be earned.
Paid subscribers: 10 € in Stripe credit per completed task, up to a maximum of 30 € in total. The credit will be applied as a discount to your next invoice.
Who is eligible to participate? ✅
All users who have successfully created a virtual Accountable Banking card are automatically enrolled in the program.
You can only receive this reward once per person, regardless of how many virtual cards you create over time. Once a reward has been redeemed, you are ineligible for any further rewards on any future cards.
If you cancel your card and create a new one before redeeming a reward, the tasks on the new card will start over from the beginning.
How do you get your rewards? 🏆
Your reward isn’t automatically credited, you have to actively claim it once you're eligible. To be more precise, here are the 3 tasks with their individual deadlines:
Add your card to Apple Pay / Google Pay, within 7 days
Make your first card transaction, within 48 hours
Make three card transactions, within 7 days
The "Redeem Reward" button appears as soon as one of these conditions is met:
All 3 tasks are completed, or
Tasks 1 and 3 are completed, and 48 hours have passed since you created your card, or
Any one of the 3 tasks is completed, and 7 days have passed since you created your card
Once the button appears, clicking it will start the redemption process:
Free users and users in the trial period: You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout, where you’ll select a monthly or annual plan, and the earned trial days will be applied before billing begins.
Paid subscribers: No checkout is required. The earned Stripe credit will be automatically applied to your next invoice.

A few important points from our terms and conditions for the First Transaction Reward program:
The program can´t be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Rewards are non-transferable and can´t be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
Transactions that are reversed, refunded, or charged back within 14 days may result in the associated task being considered uncompleted and the reward being revoked.
In the event of fraudulent transactions or abuse of the program (e.g., creating multiple accounts), we reserve the right to revoke rewards.
