This is how you do it:
First, keep in mind that deleting the app or asking us to delete your account will not cancel your subscription.
The steps to follow if you purchased through the website:
Go to Accountable Web
Click on your icon on the top left of the screen
Click on 'Manage my subscription'
Click on 'Cancel plan' right next to your current subscription
The steps to follow if you purchased your subscription through the Play Store:
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap Menu and then Subscriptions.
Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.
The steps to follow if you purchased your subscription through the App Store:
Open the App Store app
Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in.
On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.
On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.
Click Edit next to the subscription that you want. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for?
Click Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
